At TAP LINK, each NFC pen is custom-programmed and labeled specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
❌ No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
Each pen is uniquely configured with your personal link or information
Pens are labeled and prepared individually for each customer
Once lablled, they cannot be reused or resold
Please ensure all information submitted during your order is correct before completing your purchase.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@taplinkpromo.com. We’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost after verifying the issue.
📝 Order Changes or Cancellations
Because we begin customizing your order shortly after it's placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. If you need to modify something, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
